She Tris Sprint Triathlon - Carnes Crossroads

She Tris Carnes Crossroads takes place in the newly developed and growing area of Carnes Crossroads in Summerville, SC. There are also events (in person and virtual) for girls ages 4+.
Women's Triathlon
SWIM:The swim is a 250 yard pool swim in the Carnes Crossroads pool. Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work towards the other side of the pool. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it.BIKE:The bike course is a three loop 8 mile course. The course is flat and takes place within the beautiful Carnes Crossroads neighborhood. The roads are open to traffic – but traffic is usually fairly light.
RUN:The 3 mile run course is an out and back, primarily along the Carnes Crossroads neighborhood paths. The course is partially shaded and completely flat.
GIRL'S DISTANCES
5-6 YEAR OLDS:25 yard swim, .5 mile bike, .5 mile run7-9 YEAR OLDS:50 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run10-12 YEAR OLDS:100 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1.5 mile run13-14 YEAR OLDS:125 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
WOMEN'S DUATHLONRUN 1:1 mile out and back on the standard course.

VIRTUAL OPTIONComplete the distance anywhere anytime between September 21 and September 28th 2024.  Virtual participants can upload their times, but they will not be included in awards.  A finisher certificate will be available for download. All virtual participants may choose to pickup their packets locally or they will be mailed in mid September.  Times should be submitted by 11:59 pm on September 28th.
