Families are invited to partake in the festive spirit with the free Gobbler Kids' Dash, which starts at 9:15 AM.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to have some fun, everyone is welcome to participate! Don't forget to don your favorite costume as you trot along the course. All finishers will receive a participant shirt (while supplies last), a finisher medal, and race bibs. Plus, there will be awards for the top finishers in various age groups! Join us for the 12th Annual Florence Turkey Trot 5K in historic Florence, SC. Enjoy our 5K race as we wind through the beautiful neighborhoods of Florence. Get the entire family involved with our free Gobbler Kids' Dash! Participants are encouraged to dress in costume!
RACE INFO:
* 5K race begins at 8:30am
* Gobbler (50 yards) Dash begins at 9:15am
* This course has been measured to 5K distance
* Runners and walkers are all WELCOME!
* Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Service animals as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a service animal must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
* Baby joggers, baby strollers, skate boards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc. as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a recognized device must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
