This exciting event kicks off at the First National Bank of River Falls parking lot, where participants will gather for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community spirit. The schedule includes a chip-timed 5K Family Run, Walk, and Roll at 8:00 AM, followed by a free Kids Fun Run at 9:15 AM.
Participants can register for the 5K at an entry fee of $28 until March 31, 2025, and $35 thereafter, with kids aged 12 and under participating for free! Don’t forget to grab a commemorative T-shirt as part of your registration or at the event. All proceeds from this fantastic event go towards providing new athletic shoes and socks for local kids in need, making a real difference in the St. Croix Valley community. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps ensure that every child can attend school in comfort and dignity. PRE-RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP: First National Bank, River Falls location on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 11am - 5pm
ENTRY FEE:
* $28 received by March 31, 2025, $35 April 1, 2025 and after
* Kids 12 and under may participate for FREE - If you would like to purchase a shirt for minors, information is below
DO YOU WANT A T-SHIRT:
* Registration fee does not include a shirt.
* Be sure to add a shirt to your race registration or visit the Store for shirt options.
* Shirts will not be available to purchase at the time of registration for those who register after March 31.
* Shirts can be picked up during Pre-Race Day Packet Pick-up: First National Bank, River Falls location on Friday, April 25 from 11am - 5pm or on Saturday, April 26 prior to the race from 7am - 7:45am.
* We will have shirts available for purchase on race day, while supplies last.

ALL PROCEEDS GO TOWARDS PURCHASING TENNIS SHOES & SOCKS FOR LOCAL KIDS IN NEED! _Shoe Some Love, provided by employees of FNBRF, partners with community-based nonprofit organizations and schools to get new athletic shoes to children in need in the St. Croix Valley area. Your donation through Shoe Some Love tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty and helps children attend school in comfort and with dignity, better prepared to learn and play! First National Bank of River Falls' Annual 5K Run and Walk is the primary fundraising event for the Shoe Some Love giving that takes place in the fall, perfectly scheduled for the new school year!_
