Event summary
The 5K route offers a delightful experience as you run alongside the Mill River and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding East Rock. Whether you're walking for free (ages 1-12, registration required), running at just $12 for teens (ages 13-18), or biking for $25 (19 and older), there's an option for everyone! We encourage participants to don their event t-shirts and share their experiences on social media to spread the word. Plus, become a fundraising champion to support vital programs for families affected by sickle cell disease. Gather your friends, family, and colleagues to make a difference while enjoying a fantastic day outdoors!

* 13-18 yrs: $12

* Must be 19 yrs. or older to participate.
