This exciting event invites participants to run a flat and fast 5K course through historic Brunswick, providing a perfect opportunity to set a personal best. Runners are encouraged to don their most festive St. Patrick's Day attire, with prizes awarded to the best-dressed participants, along with age group and overall awards.
But that's not all! The event will feature a thrilling Beer Mile, where competitors will enjoy four 12-ounce beers while sprinting a mile, consuming one beer after each quarter mile. Attendees can also look forward to live music throughout the day, including performances by the Irish punk band "Blood Sweat and Whisky" and "Hot Banana Coffee." With 14 beers on tap, hard seltzers, and delicious food from local food trucks, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss this vibrant celebration of health, fun, and community!

THERE WILL BE LIVE MUSIC, BEER AND FOOD ALL DAY LONG! SILVER BLUFF WILL HAVE 14 BEERS ON TAP AS WELL AS A HARD SELTZER AND FROZEN COCKTAILS. COME DRESSED IN YOUR MOST FESTIVE ST. PATRICKS DAY ATTIRE! PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE 2 BEST DRESSED RUNNERS!
AGE GROUP AND OVERALL AWARDS WILL BE HANDED OUT.
5K COURSE WILL TAKE RUNNERS THROUGH HISTORIC BRUNSWICK. IT IS FLAT AND FAST SO BE READY TO SET A PERSONAL BEST!
NOTE: A BEER MILE IS AN EVENT WHERE YOU CONSUME FOUR 12 OUNCE BEERS AND RUN ONE MILE. ONE BEER IS CONSUMED AFTER EACH 1/4 MILE.

The 5k will start out at Silver Bluff Brewery and lead you through historic old town. You will end up right back at the brewery where you can enjoy a celebratory pint. DUE TO SHIPPING TIME T-SHIRTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR REGISTRATIONS AFTER 3/7/25 For runners 21 and over, one pint of beer is included with your race. ID's will be checked at sign in and a voucher will be given to those who are of age. ID's will also be checked at time of redemption -

A Beer mile is a race in which you DRINK FOUR 12 Ounce BEERS AND RUN A MILE. One twelve ounce beer is consumed for every quarter mile ran. You must finish each beer before you can continue to run the next quarter mile. MUST BE 21 TO ENTER!! The Beer Mile Event does not include a shirt however it does include a ticket for one pint of beer to enjoy before or after the race. -
