Get ready to unleash your spirit at the 10th Annual Cougars Unleashed Homecoming Run & Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Edwardsville, Madison! Kicking off at 9 A.M. from the SIUE Stratton Quad, this exciting event is part of SIUE's Homecoming & Family Weekend, offering a fantastic opportunity for alumni, students, faculty, staff, and the entire community to come together and celebrate. Participants can choose from three race distances: a competitive 10K, a fun-filled 5K, or a lighthearted Fun Run, making it perfect for everyone from avid runners to casual participants looking for a good time.
As a special treat, SIUE alumni and current students can enjoy a $5 discount on registration. Your participation not only promises a day of fun and exercise but also supports the SIUE Alumni Association, which provides over $20,000 in scholarships annually to deserving students. After crossing the finish line, stick around to enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast from Chris Cakes and, for those 21 and older, a refreshing beer from Global Brew. Don’t miss out on the chance to run, support a great cause, and celebrate with the Cougar community
