Join us at Smith Mountain Lake State Park for the regions only Turkey Trot: Family-Friendly 5K or 1-Miler on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM! Presented by LAT Wellness Studio, this scenic, fully asphalt course welcomes both runners and walkers of all ages. A portion of all proceeds will once again support the state park.
