Organiser's Description
Join us for a Fun Run and 5K timed race to raise money for Speed the Light (STL), an initiative dedicated to empowering youth to spread the gospel and support missionaries worldwide. STL fosters missional generosity in students, challenging them to give sacrificially, evangelize locally, and pray for global missions. The funds raised will help missionaries travel faster, preach clearer, and be heard louder, ensuring the message of Jesus reaches those in need. Let's come together for a day of fun, fitness, and faith to make a difference in the world.
The 5K, which is a timed race, starts at 7:30 AM, followed by the untimed Fun Run at 8:00 AM. Everyone will receive a finishing medal! The top 3 ages in each age category registered for the 5k will receive a unique medal for the placement. 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
