All proceeds from the event will support the Hood County Senior Center, helping combat senior isolation and food insecurity through daily meals, activities, and our vital Meals on Wheels program.
Kick off your morning with registration from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m., followed by the 5K at 8:30 a.m. and the 1-mile race at 8:35 a.m. Participants can enjoy the camaraderie of fellow racers, with awards for the top three finishers in each age group for the 5K, and participation medals for all. Don’t miss out on the guaranteed race t-shirts for those registered by September 4, 2025! Bring your family, friends, and even your pets (on a leash, of course) for a day of fun and fitness, all while supporting an incredible cause

Organiser's Description
We are working to fight senior isolation and food insecurity in Hood County! All proceeds raised from Step Up for Seniors will go to the Hood County Senior Center, where we provide daily meals, activities, and social events for our Senior community as well as our Meals on Wheels program, which is able to provide over 1000 meals weekly to our Hood County Seniors in need.
