Join us in our mission to create positive change within the community. Together, we strive to uplift those around us by providing support, resources, and a caring environment that inspires hope. Strides4Hope is a 5K run/walk that encourages our community to expand on its knowledge of mental health. This event is set up by the Hope Squad of Mason High School and is another one of the many ways we seek to influence our community and eliminate the stigma.
