Join us for this years Strides for SUDC Awareness Challenge. By walking, running, or rolling the distance you choose, any time throughout the month, from wherever you are, you can help us reach our collective goal of _25,000 MILES AND $50,000_ raised for the SUDC Foundation!



FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO SIGN-UP:

Step 1: Click the "Sign Up" button above and register as a participant.

Step 2: Create your personal fundraising page by clicking on "Become a Fundraiser" on the above menu.



WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE SET-UP, CONSIDER ADDING THE FOLLOWING DETAILS TO OUR PAGE:

=> Share your story and reasons for participating in the challenge.

=> Set a personal miles and fundraising goal, for example:



=> If your goal is to run 100 miles for the month and raise $200, solicit pledges from your supporters to donate $2/mile to help you reach your fundraising goal.

=> Or, your goal is to walk 10 miles per week during the month and raise $500, solicit pledges of $10/week to reach your fundraising goal of $500.



AS A THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS, WE WILL BE OFFERING GIVEAWAYS TO ANYONE WHO RAISES AT LEAST $500, AS WELL AS TO OUR TOP MILES CONTRIBUTOR AND TOP FUNDRAISER!



Update your progress throughout the month on your fundraising page and share with your network of family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. We also encourage you to highlight your participation and progress on social media to help with fundraising and spreading awareness!
