Organiser's Description
StrongHER Louisiana is a community fun run/walk hosted by the Louisiana Department of Health's Office on Women's Health and Community Health, taking place Wednesday, September 30, from 530 p.m. at Proof Works in Baton Rouge (former home of Tin Roof Brewery). The event marks National Women's Health & Fitness Day and kicks off what organizers hope will become an annual tradition.
Walk or run an untimed, out-and-back course choose your own distance, from 1 to 3 miles. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Registration is free and the first 100 registrants will receive a t-shirt. Come move at your own pace and celebrate community health with us.
