This exciting hybrid race offers multiple distances including a 1-mile Family Fun Run, a 5K, and a 10K, allowing participants of all ages and abilities to take part in this meaningful occasion. Whether you choose to run, walk, or roll, you'll be raising awareness and funds for Northwest Kidney Kids, the only organization dedicated to supporting children with chronic kidney disease and their families in the Northwest.
Let's come together as a community to celebrate and uplift our amazing kidney families! In-person registration will be available during bib pick-up on September 19 at Foot Traffic in Sellwood and on race morning starting at 8:00 AM. If you prefer to participate virtually, you can complete the race at your own pace and submit your results online. Don’t forget to share your journey on social media using #strutyourkidney! This is not just a race; it's a chance to make a difference and show support for children in need. Get ready to strut your kidney and help us make an impact!

Strut Your Kidney to celebrate, honor, and raise awareness for children with chronic kidney disease. All proceeds raised will go to Northwest Kidney Kids, the only organization supporting children with kidney disease and their families in the Northwest. Let's come together as a community so celebrate and fundraise for our amazing kidney families!
Here is how it works...
Step 1. Register to run/walk/roll or our fun run and invite your friends to join!
Step 2. Help NW Kidney Kids raise more awareness and financial support for children with kidney disease and their families.
Step 3. Run/walk/roll with us in person on Sunday September 20th 2026 or on your own and on your own time!
*If on your own, submit your time and a finishing photo to be added to the Strut Your Kidney results leader board. Post a picture of your run to Facebook or Instagram using #strutyourkidney.
*For registrations after September 1st we can not guarantee swag availability.

Paso # 2. Ayude a NW Kidney Kids a crear m'as conciencia y apoyo financiero para los ni~nos con enfermedad renal y sus familias.
Paso # 3. !Corre / camina / rueda con nosotros en persona el domingo 21 de septiembre de 2025 o por tu cuenta y en tu tiempo libre!
