Sunset Starter 5K

Join Girls Who Run DFW for the Sunset Starter 5K, a fun female-only evening run as the sun begins to set over Denton! Gather your friends, lace up your running shoes, and enjoy 3.1 miles at your own pace in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This is an untimed 5K, making it perfect for walkers, run/walkers, and runners of all experience levels. Every participant who completes the course will receive a finisher medal at the finish line.

EVENT DETAILS:

-Female-only 5K (3.1 miles)
-Untimed event
-Finisher medal included
-Location: North Lakes Park
-Participants must provide their own water and headlamp (if desired)
-Finisher medals will be distributed only to participants who complete the event

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

-There are no transfers for this event since it is not a timed race.
-No refunds will be offered. Medals are ordered based on registration numbers and event expenses are incurred in advance.
-Participants must be present and complete the event to receive their finisher medal.
-For the safety of all participants, there is a 1.5-hour course cutoff time. All participants must finish before dark.
