Get ready for a day of fun and celebration at the SUPER MOM 5K and Fun Run, taking place on Saturday, May 9th, 2026, at the beautiful Belmont Lake State Park! This exciting event invites all women—moms, daughters, sisters, and grandmas—to participate in a festive atmosphere that honors the incredible role of mothers in our lives. Whether you choose to run, walk, or stroll with your kiddos in a jogging stroller, you’ll enjoy one of the flattest and most scenic courses on Long Island. The 5K race kicks off at 9 AM, while the Fun Run for children 12 and under starts earlier at 8:30 AM.
With awards for the top three male and female finishers, plus age group categories, there’s something for everyone! Participants who register by April 29th will receive a guaranteed event t-shirt, making this an event you won’t want to miss. Additionally, this year, we're proud to support local charities like Team Red, White and Blue and The Nest Egg, which assist wounded veterans and families in need, respectively. Join us for a day filled with community spirit, fitness, and fun—because every mom deserves to be celebrated!
