The third annual Super Sams 5K Dino Dash in honor of our favorite super-hero, Sam Pampel, is happening Saturday November 4th, 2023 at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, TX. Come and celebrate Sam with us! In person or virtually.

Race day registration and packet pick-up 9:00 am - 9:55am
Dino Dash 10:00am Race start by Dallas STARS Mascot, Victor E. Green **All Dino Dashers receive a participation medal at the finish line!
Super Sams 5K 10:30am Certified 5K loop around Bachman Lake
Awards and Party following race : Live Music by Zound Sounds Kids Concert begins at 11am Party until 2:00 with additional Music from Music Meet Medicine, Bounce Houses, Rec Games, food, drinks and more!
5K Medals awarded to Overall Top Male Female 5K finishers, First, Second and Third place in five age divisions for both male and female timed 5K finishers (Under 13, 13-19, 20-39, 40-59, and 60), and top 10 Virtual 5K finishers.
