The Dino Dash kicks off at 10:00 AM, where every participant will receive a participation medal at the finish line, followed by the Super Sam's 5K+ at 10:30 AM, featuring a loop around the scenic Bachman Lake with a few extra steps included. After the races, join us for an epic celebration complete with live music, bounce houses, recreational games, delicious food, drinks, and awards for top finishers in various categories. Whether you choose to participate in person or virtually, this is an event you won’t want to miss! Be sure to register by November 1st to guarantee your race shirt. The fifth annual Super Sam's 5K & Dino Dash in honor of our favorite super-heroes, Sam Pampel and friends, is happening Saturday November 8th , 2025 at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, TX.
