Get ready to unleash your inner superhero at the Superhero Sprint Flag Day on Sunday, June 14, 2026! This exciting event takes place at the Wall Municipal Complex in Wall Township, Monmouth, where participants can choose between a 2-mile run or walk and a fun half-mile event designed for kids aged 12 and under. Dress in your favorite red, white, and blue attire and join fellow heroes in supporting the local charity, Love, Parker.
Every participant will receive a Superhero Cape and T-shirt, with special awards for top finishers and the best-dressed superheroes. The half-mile event kicks off at 8:45 AM, followed by the 2-mile race at 9 AM. Don't miss the chance to enjoy post-race refreshments and celebrate your accomplishments with the community! Be sure to register by May 18, 2026, to secure your T-shirt and join in on the fun!

Come run, walk or fly at the Superhero Sprint on Flag Day on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
We will have special flag day awards. Wear your red, white and blue.
You will be a true Superhero by helping support local charity Love, Parker.
There is an open 2 mile run or walk and a half mile event for those 12 and under.
Awards for top finishers and best dressed Superheroes.
All get a Superhero Cape and T shirt. Must register by 18 May 2026 to assure your t shirt.
