This is our annual Suzapalooza 4K Walk/Run to be held at the Barr Township Rod & Gun Club at 678 Dutch Run Rd, Nicktown, Pa 15762. We encourage runners, joggers and walkers alike to come out for this family fun 4K.
For those of you new to the Suzapalooza event, we are celebrating our 15th Anniversary of helping others with their cancer battle.
In 2009, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma at the age of 27. It was devastating, but one thing is for sure, the entire community came together to support me. That support made all the difference in the world to me in my cancer battle. Thats why we began to pay it forward.
This year's event will benefit Maria Noel of Nicktown. Maria was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently undergoing treatments to ward of the disease!
Our mission is to make sure everyone in the Suzapalooza family feels the overwhelming abundance of support that I did when I was sick.
