Welcome to the registration page for the Team AIMS Sofa to 5K Training Program (5K). The Sofa to 5K program is a great place for anyone to start or restart running, or just another activity, with guidance from coaches and other experienced runners in the team. The program is structured just as the name sounds. Anyone, irrespective of their past running experience, can begin this and follow along to get better. Team AIMS also have local groups in Virginia and Maryland areas. Reach out to us for joining one close to your area. We have around 20 experienced RRCA Certified Endurance Coaches who will support you and keep you motivated.
