Team Phillip Foundation was created to celebrate and honor Phillip House IV who has forever changed the lives of everyone who knew him. Our mission is to share hope and joy through events, resources and support with differently-abled children and their families. Race participants who register by April 26th will receive a long sleeve t-shirt, custom finisher medal and post race refreshments.
5k, Fun Run or Roll in beautiful Reynoldsburg Civic park to support the Team Phillip Foundation. Fun Run or Roll portion is on a paved, level course and participants of all ages, abilities, and mobility are welcome.
In the last year we have awarded 2 $1000 scholarships to seniors who serve as buddies for Miracle League players. We sponsored the Angels, a Miracle League Team. We created a wheelchair accessible egg hunt area with our community partner Unity Presbyterian Church for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. We provided 35 Easter baskets for families at the Ronald McDonald House. We organized a toy drive to celebrate Phillips birthday month, collecting toys for Childrens Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House and Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities-ECE. We have also have begun a new partnership with Technical Difficulties the RHS robotics team. Their philanthropic project is to modify toys for kids with differing abilities. We provide the toys, they modify them, and then we distribute them to schools, clinics and individuals who need them. We made a contribution to our community partner, A Kid Again. Our president also volunteered at their annual golf outing to help them raise awareness and funds for their organization. Lastly, our president has also served as a member of a state coalition created to equip parents as well as other individuals looking to offer assistance to families, with the education and tools they need to advocate for their special needs child.
