TENAX is more than a raceit is a complete test of endurance, strength and resilience.
Participants will complete a three-mile-or-more course connecting three Navy Yard fitness partners: Revd, BOOMBOX and Invictus. At each location, athletes will complete a short fitness challenge before continuing to the next station.
The running and workout challenges are both part of the competition. Participants will start in managed waves to reduce congestion and create a safe, organized experience at each gym.
