Organiser's Description
Tori Cook was a beautiful person inside and out. She was passionate about nature, preserving our planet, and helping others. Tori was very artistic; she loved ceramics, painting, and design. Unfortunately, during her time here on Earth, she also struggled greatly with mental illness. Because of this, she felt strongly about the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation as their mission and purpose really resonated with her. 100% of every dollar donated to their organization is invested in research. As a way to raise money and awareness for BBRF, Tori created an enamel pin titled, HAY which stood for How are you? The pin depicts a smiley face or a frown, depending on the orientation in which it is worn. She donated all the profits from her sales to BBRF.
Toris life was cut far too short. She is loved and missed by all who knew her. We want to carry on her mission to support scientific research, raise awareness for all types of mental health illnesses, and find purpose from this tragedy.
