Important Dates & Event Times:
September 8th: Last day to pre-order for t-shirt size guarantee. (After that- as available)
September 28th: Pre-reg pickup (9:00am - 12:00pm (EST)) at Bigelow Tea: 201 Black Rock Turnpike Fairfield, CT 06825.
** If you cannot pickup your items early, you may do so on race day at Wakeman's Boys and Girls Club: 385 Center St Southport, CT 06890**
September 29th: Event day!

8 am: Check-in opens

9 am: Kids' Fun Run begins

10:10 am: 5K Run & 3K Walk begin

10:30 am: Enjoy delicious snacks & adult hydration! 

11:00 am: Raffle   **You must be present to win!**

Please note: This is a rain or shine event! Day of check-in must be done before the start of your event. 
 
Event Information:
5K Run: This is a computer chip timed 5k event. Awards will be given to the overall men's and women's champions. Age group awards three deep for 9 & under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ and beyond if they are pre-reg by 9/10.
3K Fitness Walk: Walk at your own pace on a non-competitive course. This event is NOT computer-timed. There are no awards for this walk.

PRICING (does not include taxes or fees)

          $35.00: first 250 registrants
          $38.00: registrants 251+
          $40.00: day of the race
AGE-BASED PRICING 18 and under (5k and 3k only)
$30.00 through 9/29/2024 

Kids' Fun Run: **Kids 10 and under** 100-yard Scamper, 1-mile jog, and an obstacle course. Kids will enjoy awards, snacks, and fun activities!
These events are not timed.

Virtual Event Options: Follow along with the event @bigelowtea. We encourage you to share your training photos/videos and your day-of run on social media using the hashtag #BigTeaCC to stay connected! The virtual option is NOT computer-timed. There are no awards.
