HOW IT WORKS:
1. TRACKED YOUR RUN ON AN APP (E.G. STRAVA, RUNKEEPER, NIKE RUN).
2. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SMARTPHONE, YOU CAN ASK OUR COORDINATORS TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TIME.
3. SUBMIT RESULTS USING OUR FORM FOR RESULTS. RESULTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR RUN.
4. ALL RESULTS WILL BE REVIEWED BY OUR ADMIN AND IF NECESSARY DOUBLE CHECKED WITH OUR COORDINATORS.
5. SUBMIT TIMES IN (HHSS) FORMAT (HOURS, MINUTES, SECONDS) SO 1 HOUR 28 MINUTES, 45 SECONDS IS 0145.
