Long Island's 1ST family-friendly, non-competitive 5K walk/run, held in partnership with the Suffolk County Chapter of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). CHADD's mission is to empower all people affected by ADHD through evidenced-based resources and education, unparalleled support, community connections and steadfast advocacy.
100% of the net proceeds will benefit the the Suffolk County Chapter of CHADD.
WHY WE WALK: An estimated 200,000+ children and adults on Long Island are living with ADHD. The Big Energy Walk was created to raise awareness, reduce stigma and connect families with support and resources.

WEATHER POLICY:
The Big Energy Walk is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather or conditions that may compromise safety, event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, reschedule or cancel the event.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
* Advanced registration is required. No registration will be available on race day.
* Registration closes Saturday October 3rd at 8 pm.
* Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Due to event planning and operational cost, refunds CANNOT be provided.
PRICING TIERS:
EARLY REGISTRATION: June 15th-July 31st- Adults and children age 13 years old & up: $25.
Children age 5-12 years old: $15. Children age 4 years old & under: FREE.
*Plus applicable processing fees.
REGULAR REGISTRATION: August 1st- September 1st- Adults and children age 13 years old & up: $30
