The Miles & Smiles Challenge is a fun way to support the Bleeding Disorder Foundation of Washington while staying active and connected with our community.

Participants choose their own mileage goal and fundraising goalwhether that's 5 miles, 50 miles, or 500 miles. Every mile completed and every dollar raised helps support BDFW's patient assistance programs, educational events, Camp I-Vy, advocacy efforts, and family support services.

Kids are invited to join the Kids' Miles & Smiles Challenge by walking, running, biking, scootering, or simply staying active throughout the Bloody Fun Run Challenge. Every step helps raise awareness for bleeding disorders while encouraging healthy habits and family fun.
