Hey everyone! Please join F3 TAMPA BAY [https://www.f3nation.com/] for our first-ever week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 10,000 miles together as a group. It's all for a great causeraising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in our community.
Throughout the week of October 6-12, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!
Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for CREATED WOMEN [https://www.createdwomen.com/], a nonprofit in Tampa, FL that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!
ABOUT CREATED WOMEN - https://www.createdwomen.com/
The vision for Created Tampa was birthed in Manila, Philippines as we served in a ministry called Samaritana. Our 9-month experience in Manila inspired us to start Created. We realized (at the time) that our city had no Christian organization or ministry dedicated to reaching exploited women and we had a heavy burden to initiate and contextualize what we learned and experienced first hands in the Philippines.
We discovered the extent of sexual exploitation evident in our city, Tampa, FL. Our current approach is to befriend women, invite them into trusting relationships, and empower them to leave prostitution or the dangerous lifestyle in which they live.
By providing personal relationship, regular places for the women to gather and interact with God's word, we hope to see God break the power of oppression, isolation, and helplessness that currently grip many of their lives. We also know that part of seeing women become free from exploitation will only come as we walk alongside them, advocate for them, and empower them to speak up for themselves.
As women are empowered through relationship with Jesus and grow to understand their true identity as image bearers of God, we fully believe it will be the starting point for them to begin to use their gifts and skills in healthier, non-exploitive environments.

F3 IS A NATIONAL NETWORK OF FREE, PEER-LED WORKOUTS FOR MEN. OUR MISSION IS TO PLANT, GROW AND SERVE SMALL WORKOUT GROUPS FOR MEN FOR THE INVIGORATION OF MALE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for FITNESS, FELLOWSHIP AND FAITH the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
OUR WORKOUTS
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the Q in F3 lingo) does.

CLOSEDJoin F3 Tampa Bay for our 1st annual, week-long virtual activity challenge, benefiting Created Women. This year, we will attempt to log more than 10,000 miles of activity as a group. As sex trafficking is a huge issue all around the world, we have decided to step up and push back the darkness! All participants will track and report their mileage throughout the week, using a GPS tracking app/device (Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, Strava, MapMyRun, etc). Together, we will log more than 10,000 combined miles of running, walking, cycling, swimming, rucking, bear-crawling or whatever your favorite activity is!
