Runners will start at LaSalle Middle School, where they can look forward to a warm and welcoming racers' village filled with music, snacks, awards, and podiums. Every participant will receive a Rockinator Racing Neck Buff, along with drinks, snacks, chip timing, and free downloadable photos to commemorate their achievement. With extra awards for the top finishers in each category, The Frozen Stick Trail Run promises to be a fantastic way to stay fit and embrace the great outdoors this winter. The Frozen Stick is a stand alone event and also the FINALIE to the Stick Season Trail Run Series.
Register for the series and you are registered for this as well, or just run this one.
Using the same route of discontinued Frozen Feet, Rockinator Racing keeps the 15 year tradition alive! With 3 distance options, the Frozen Stick starts at LaSalle Middle School, heads up and through beautiful Bluffview, Rock Hollow and Zombie Trails. Passing the aid and cheering stations twice to return to the warm racers village indoor at the school for podiums, awards, finisher medals, music, snacks and swag!
All participants recieve a Rockinator Racing Neck Buff, Drinks, Snacks, Chip timed, Number bib, a fully marked course, results, free downloadable photos, and hey, this is something fun to do in Stick Season!
