Hey everyone! Please join F3 GREENVILLE [https://www.f3swamprabbit.com/home] for our first-ever week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 10,000 miles together as a group. It's all for a great causeraising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in our community.
Throughout the week of October 5-12, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!
Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for JASMINE ROAD [https://www.jasmineroad.org/index.html], a nonprofit in Greenville, SC that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!

Jasmine Road is South Carolinas first two-year residential program for adult women survivors of human trafficking, prostitution, and addiction.
LOVE. We are rooted in this simple word, and it all starts with home: a safe, stable, and peaceful place to rest and heal. We embrace the concept love heals by surrounding each woman with a community based on unconditional love.
HEAL. Through community partnerships, we work together to address the healing needs of each woman from an evidence- based holistic perspective.
BLOOM. We empower each woman to blossom and thrive by providing sustainable employment, personal and educational development opportunities, stable housing, and long-term support after graduation.

F3 IS A NATIONAL NETWORK OF FREE, PEER-LED WORKOUTS FOR MEN. OUR MISSION IS TO PLANT, GROW AND SERVE SMALL WORKOUT GROUPS FOR MEN FOR THE INVIGORATION OF MALE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for FITNESS, FELLOWSHIP AND FAITH the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
OUR WORKOUTS
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the Q in F3 lingo) does.
THE F3 CREDO IS: LEAVE NO MAN BEHIND, BUT LEAVE NO MAN WHERE YOU FIND HIM.

CLOSEDJoin F3 Greenville for our 1st annual, week-long virtual activity challenge, benefiting Jasmine Road. This year, we will attempt to log more than 10,000 miles of activity as a group. As sex trafficking is a huge issue all around the world, we have decided to step up and push back the darkness! All participants will track and report their mileage throughout the week, using a GPS tracking app/device (Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, Strava, MapMyRun, etc). Together, we will log more than 10,000 combined miles of running, walking, cycling, swimming, rucking, bear-crawling or whatever your favorite activity is!
