Whether you’re racing in person or joining virtually, there’s something for everyone! Race day kicks off with registration at 8:00 AM, followed by the race starting at 9:30 AM. Every registered participant will receive a commemorative event t-shirt and enjoy a finish-line reception filled with snacks, refreshments, and live entertainment, including a DJ and an awards ceremony. Gather your friends, family, or coworkers to form a fundraising team and make a difference together! All proceeds will benefit the New Jersey Institute for Disabilities, supporting over 1,500 individuals throughout the state. This beloved community tradition has something for everyone: choose from a USATF Grand Prix 5K, a 5K Walk, or a Family Fun Stroll & Roll around the scenic lake. Cant make it in person? You can join virtually and be part of the excitement from anywhere!

+Location: Starts and finishes at Lakeview School, following a USATF-sanctioned course winding through the beautiful park roads of Roosevelt Park.
