Join us for the inaugural Rikki-Lynn Warrior Foundation 5k Walk & Run on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in Springfield, Clark! This uplifting event honors the life and spirit of Rikki-Lynn, showcasing the strength she demonstrated every day. Participants of all ages are welcome to either run or walk the scenic 5k course, which starts at Roosevelt Middle School, winding through the grounds of Springfield High School.
Kick off the festivities at 9:00 AM and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere complete with food trucks, water stations, and a DJ at the finish line. Registration is just $35 and includes a race bib, a Warrior bag, and a t-shirt for those who register by April 19. PURPOSE
This 5k will be the first official event hosted by the Rikki-Lynn Warrior Foundation! The event brings our community together to honor Rikki-Lynns life and the strength she showed every day. Funds raised will help support future community events and initiatives, including a scholarship for a student-athlete who plays where Rikki-Lynn once played.

Location: The race will start at Roosevelt Middle School and utilize the Springfield High School grounds, including N. High School Pl and S. Kensington Pl.
Ages: All ages welcome!
Registration: $35 per person (Includes race bib, Warrior bag, and t-shirt!)
T-SHIRT GUARANTEE
Participants who register by April 19, 2026 are guaranteed an official event t-shirt in their Warrior bag. Registrations received after April 19 are not guaranteed a shirt, but can receive one while supplies last.
PACKET PICKUP / RACE DAY CHECK-IN
Participants can pick up their packets in advance (recommended) on Friday, May 8th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Roosevelt Middle School. Race day check-in will begin at 7:00 am near the start line.
WALKERS WELCOME
Runners and walkers are welcome! This event is designed for participants of all ages and experience levels.
PARKING
Parking will be available at Springfield High School.
EVENT AMENITIES
Water stations along the race route
Food trucks available after the race
On-site registration and check-in table
Community gathering area and DJ at the finish line
AWARDS CEREMONY
Following the race, we will host a short awards ceremony after the final runner crosses the finish line.
