Organiser's Description
5 MILE, 10 MILE & 15 MILE SATURDAY, JANUARY 30TH 8:30 START FOR EVERYONE. THE TIDEWATER STRIDERS WELCOMES EVERYONE TO THE SECOND RACE IN OUR 2025 DISTANCE SERIES AT THE HISTORIC FORT MONROE. WERE EXCITED TO BE ABLE TO PRESENT TO YOU A UNIQUE 5 MILE COURSE WITH A LOOP INSIDE THE MOAT AS WELL AS A SCENIC OUT AND BACK ON THE MERCURY BLVD. BRIDGE OVERLOOKING MILL CREEK. OUR RACE IS THE ONLY ONE SCHEDULED AT THIS TIME AT FORT MONROE.
AFTER RACE PARTY:
WILL BE AT PARADISE OCEAN CLUB, 490 FENWICK ROAD, FORT MONROE 23651. JUST 3/4 MILE FROM THE START/FINISH LINE.
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP FOR DISTANCE SERIES 2 WILL BE AT THE START/FINISH LINE. LOOK FOR THE STRIDERS TENT.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: THE RACE DIRECTOR AND THE TIDEWATER STRIDERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OR ADJUST DISTANCES AS NEEDED IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY OR ACCESS RESTRICTIONS TO THE VENUE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BUT WE WILL TRY AND RESCHEDULE.
