Get ready for an exhilarating end-of-summer experience at the 35th Annual Tim Kerr 7 Mile Island Run and TK5K Run/Walk on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in beautiful Avalon, Cape May! This beloved community event, celebrating 36 years of running and making a difference, invites participants of all ages to join in the fun and fitness. Choose from two exciting race distances: the scenic 7-mile run or the family-friendly TK5K run/walk.
Early registration and pickup will take place on Saturday, August 30, from 4-6 PM at the Community Hall, with race day registration available from 7-8:15 AM on Sunday. Don’t miss the chance to grab your awards at the “Grab and Go” ceremony, where top finishers in various categories will be recognized starting at 9:30 AM for the TK5K and 9:45 AM for the 7 Mile Island Run. Lace up your running shoes and join us for a fantastic day of community spirit, fitness, and fun!
