The plan is designed for a steady progression to keep you injury free and get you ready for your next training phase! This is a 10 week group training program. The group aspect allows you to get a professional plan at a fantastic price! It is optimal to signup for the training plan distance based on your current weekly mileage.

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES A:

* Training plan wrote by Coach Loretta Tobolske-Horn of Ornery Mule Coaching
* Training plan for daily mileage goals
* Trail Running University crew neck or hoody
* Stylish "Made on the Trails" belt buckle
* Multiple distance & specialized options. There is a plan for any level runner or walker
