Annual --Trail Run and Putnam Plunge!
Location: Meadow Creek Park, 19195 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey, TN. 38574 (36.11537 N, 85.18784 W)
Recreational 5K Run Start Time: 11:00 a.m. CST
Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew @ 12:00 noon CST
Plunge Only (without run) starts at 12:00 noon CST (Age 13 and up only)
Chili, hot cocoa, coffee, cookies & post race/plunge beanie included with the price of a ticket.
PLEASE NOTE:
* LAKE BOTTOM IS NATURAL, SHOES OR WATER SHOES ARE RECOMMENDED.
* THERE WILL BE AN OUTDOOR CHANGING STATION AVAILABLE ONSITE (CHANGE OF CLOTHES POST PLUNGE AND A WARM BLANKET HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).
* WE WILL HAVE A FEW TENTS WITH SMALL HEATERS ONSITE TO WARM YOURSELF POST PLUNGE ALSO.
* EMS WILL BE ONSITE.
