The Travis County Running Youth Race Series, produced by Fit Foundation, is a USATF-sanctioned event series designed to inspire young athletes. Through age-appropriate distances and professionally organized events, we create positive experiences that build confidence and foster a love of running.
Our series features exciting events at Pace Bend Park, where every young runner receives recognition and the opportunity to earn special series completion awards. With USATF sanctioning, parents can trust in our commitment to safety, quality, and proper youth athletic development.

Join us for age-appropriate running events designed specifically for young athletes ages 2-12. Our series features six regular events (plus two special celebration races) throughout 2025, each tailored to make running fun and achievable for every participant. Same-day registration is available at all events if space permits. Registration opens at 2:30 PM and closes 30 minutes before the start time. The same-day registration fee is $30, an increase from our advance registration rate. Space is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All same-day registrations require a parent or guardian to be present to complete the registration form, sign the waiver, and provide age verification. Parent-coach assignment will be made at registration. Due to our focus on safety and quality experience for all participants, we cannot guarantee same-day registration will be available. Early online registration is strongly recommended to secure your spot and receive the advance registration rate. No registrations will be accepted after wave start times have begun.
