The triathlon kicks off bright and early, with races starting from 7:30 AM for the 13-14 age group, featuring a 200-yard swim, 4.5-mile bike ride, and 1.25-mile run. Younger participants will enjoy shorter distances, including a 25-yard swim and a 0.25-mile run for ages 4-6. With a registration fee of just $30 before July 5, participants receive a t-shirt, a finisher's medal, a goodie bag, and post-race refreshments. Awards will be presented to the top three boys and girls in each age group, making this event a fantastic opportunity to showcase athleticism and sportsmanship.
