Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the TTAC Kids Summer Fun Run on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in Black Diamond, King! This vibrant community event is designed for young racers aged 0-10, featuring four engaging races that cater to different age groups. The fun kicks off at Civic Park with the first race starting promptly at 5:10 PM, so make sure to arrive by 5:00 PM for check-in and warm-up fun!
Little participants will have a chance to shine as they navigate age-appropriate courses: tiny tots aged 0-3 will run a short out-and-back across the grassy field, while those aged 4-5 will complete a lap around the field. Kids aged 6-8 and 9-10 will tackle a lap around the outer sidewalk, building their confidence and skills. All finishers will be rewarded with delicious snacks and goodie bags, making this a memorable experience for every young athlete. Gather your family and friends, and join us for an unforgettable evening filled with joy, energy, and community spirit at the TTAC Kids Summer Fun Run!

We're bringing it back! Before our 6th race of our 5k Summer Series, we'll be hosting an event for all the little marmots out there! We'll have four races on a rolling start schedule with the first STARTING AT 5:10PM SHARP AT CIVIC PARK. ALL racers must be checked in before that first race in order to compete. DO NOT BE LATE. Show up before 5:00pm, get checked in, and hang out at the park while you wait for the starting announcements!
Coach Kira will organize racers into four separate groups based on age:
* Ages 0-3: Will run one out and back across the grass field Civic Park.
* Ages 4-5: Will run one lap around the grass field in Civic Park.
* Ages 6-8: Will run one lap around the outer sidewalk at Civic Park (Kids should be comfortable running this loop without support)
* Ages 9-10: Will run one lap around the outer sidewalk at Civic Park (Kids should be comfortable running this loop without support)
Snacks and small goodie-bags will be offered to all finishers! It's been a fun and chaotic even in the past and we look forward to seeing all our little marmots out there again!
