November is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness month, and for the past 14 years, we have kicked it off with a 5K Walk/Run to raise awareness and support for Alzheimer's in our community.

This year, join us for the 15th annual Turkey Trot 5K Walk/Run!

When: Saturday, November 1, 2025
Where: Morehead Conference Center
Race Time: 10:00 AM

We hope you can join us for a fun morning, including a silent auction, health fair, refreshments, and education on Alzheimer's Disease.A more detailed agenda will be posted soon!

This special event raises awareness for Alzheimers disease, with all proceeds benefiting the Sisters of Notre Dame Eastern Kentucky Foundation Alzheimers and Dementia Caregiver Fund. Every dollar stays right here in our service region to support local families and caregivers.

THIS YEAR'S RACE PACKETS WILL INCLUDE A COMMEMORATIVE SHIRT AND RACE BIB. WE WILL HOST A PACKET PICK-UP EVENT BEFORE THE RACE. EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION WILL END OCTOBER 18, 2025, TO ENSURE YOU GET A SHIRT.
