HERE IT IS, ONE OF THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGES FOR THE SUMMER OF 2026. CHALLENGE IS GREAT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
THIS CHALLENGE WILL TEST YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. YOU CAN RUN IT, WALK IT, HIKE IT, USE A TREADMILL, RUN/WALK ON TRAILS OR ALONG THE ROADS. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ALL YOUR MILES IN ONE SEGMENT. EXAMPLE YOU CAN RUN TWO MILES IN THE MORNING AND WALK 1.1 MILES IN THE EVENING. SAME WITH THE 10K CHALLENGE.
TO ADD TO YOUR CHALLENGE, YOU CAN ALSO DO 31 PUSHUPS AND DO 3:10 SECONDS OF PLANKS DAILY. AS WITH THE MILES, YOU CAN BREAK THEM UP THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

DO THE FOLLOWING EACH AND EVERY DAY IN JULY: RUN, WALK OR RUN/WALK AT LEAST 3.1-MILES EACH AND EVERY DAY IN JULY.
NOTE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ALL AT ONCE. YOU CAN RUN A MILE IN THE MORNING AND WALK 2.1-MILES IN THE EVENING.
