Spring is here ! Time to get your roadwork in. This event is sponsored by VALID BOXING, a boxing managerial, promotional, training, and apparel company. Valid Boxing is a one stop shop for all your professional boxing needs. What better way to get into shape then doing what all boxers have done from the beginning? Roadwork. Running. Pounding the pavement so you can have the wind and legs necessary to last until the final bell and get the big win. Calling all RUNNERS, BOXERS, COMBAT ATHLETES and WEEKEND WARRIORS ! A percentage of your fee goes to MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING CANCER CENTER IN NYC- the best cancer care, on the cutting edge to find a cure. _Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide as well as in the United States_. Heart disease is the first. Let's knockout both by running our 10k challenge. This is a virtual run, so run the 10k between the dates listed and report your time (as the kids say, don't cap).
