Join the excitement at the Walk In My Shoes 2025 event taking place on Friday, April 18, 2025, in the beautiful city of St. Augustine, St. Johns. This inspiring 1,500-mile trek across Florida, organized by the Laurens Kids foundation, invites thousands of participants to unite in the fight against child sexual abuse and to support survivors on their healing journey. The event kicks off at Canopy Shores Park, where registration begins at 8:00 AM and the walk starts at 9:00 AM.

Participants can choose between a refreshing 4-mile walk to the Betty Griffin Center or continue on the full 8-mile route down US-1 to Francis Field. Each step taken during this event contributes to raising awareness during National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Plus, an UBER code will be provided to ensure a convenient ride back to the starting point. Join us for a day of community, compassion, and empowerment as we walk together for a brighter future!
