Dress in your best 80s attire, complete with neon colors, leg warmers, and big hair, as there will be a costume contest celebrating the most radical looks! Each participant will receive an exclusive 80s-themed event T-shirt and a participation medal for those tackling the 5K and Kids 1 Mile Run. With awards for the top three male and female 5K runners, age category winners, and the best 80s-inspired outfit, this event promises excitement for everyone involved. WELCOME TO WALK RUN OR ROLL 5K: 80S THROWBACK EDITION!
Join us for our 2ND ANNUAL Walk, Run or Roll 5k on the beautiful campus of LMU - now with an awesome 80s twist!
This 5k continues to help us provide much needed food relief to families in our community!
COURSE
The race will begin at LMU park, starting on Morris Lane and proceeding to Hamilton way. Participants will turn on to Hamilton way and make their way along the beautiful campus of LMU. Once at the halfway point participants will turn and make their way back along Hamilton, to Morris and back to the start/finish line!
80S SPIRIT
Break out your neon, leg warmers, and big hair! Costume contest for the most radical 80s outfit - prizes for the top three most tubular looks!
GIVEAWAYS
All participants will receive a custom 80s-themed Event T-shirt with their registration. Sign up before the Cut off date of August 28th to guarantee your size!
All runners in 5K & Kids 1 mile Run will receive a participation medal for joining us for this totally awesome event!
AWARDS
