Registration is just $20 until August 21st, which guarantees a stylish t-shirt—so be sure to sign up early! After that, the registration fee increases to $30 on race day. Participants can look forward to awards, raffle prizes, and the joy of supporting a great cause with proceeds benefiting the Fayette Ambulance Service. But the fun doesn’t stop there! After the race, treat yourself to Dad's Belgian Waffles at the Methodist Church until 10:30 AM, and stick around for the vibrant Watermelon Day Parade at 11 AM. Families can also enjoy the kids dash for children aged 1-10, adding to the day’s festivities. Join us for a celebration filled with community spirit, healthy activities, and plenty of watermelon!

Join us Saturday morning at the corner of Main Street and Water Street (by DG) for the 18th annual Watermelon Days 5K Run/Walk. Run or walk through this road race that takes you to a paved trail that leads to the Big Rock Golf Course and back into downtown Fayette for the finish on Main Street. Register by August 21st for a guaranteed t-shirt! T-shirts are not guaranteed after the 21st. Registration is $20 and goes up to $30 on race day, September 12th.
Awards and raffle prizes at the finish. Then head over to the Methodist Church at 207 Clark Street for Dad's Belgian Waffles happening until10:30 AM . This is a great fundraiser for the Fayette Ambulance Service.
