Join us for the 13th Annual WeCare Mother's Day 5K on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in the scenic town of Brookfield, Western Connecticut! This spirited event, presented by the Brookfield High School National Honor Society, supports the vital cause of raising awareness for Jenn D's need for a liver donor while benefiting the Yale New Haven Transplantation Center Patient Care Fund.
This certified 5K course promises an exciting and rewarding experience for all participants, featuring chip timing and a chance to win trophies for the top overall male and female runners, as well as special team categories including mother/daughter and grandmother/granddaughter. The first 100 registrants will receive a complimentary T-shirt, and all runners can enjoy refreshments post-race. Registration is just $30 per person, with team entries encouraged for added fun. Don’t miss out on a wonderful day filled with community spirit, healthy competition, and a shared commitment to making a difference! Register before May 7 at noon to secure your spot, or join us for race-day registration starting at 8:15 AM for $35. Get ready to lace up those running shoes and celebrate Mother’s Day in style!
