Wings in Motion is a monthlong movement challenge held every September to benefit Angels of Light, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting children and families facing lifethreatening illness or lifealtering hardship.
Throughout the month, participants commit to moving their bodies in whatever way feels right walking, dancing, stretching, running, yoga, sports, or any activity that brings joy and energy. Every minute moved and every dollar raised helps bring comfort, hope, and light to local families navigating unimaginable challenges.
Participants can set personal movement goals, track their progress throughout the month, and share their journey with friends and family. Teams can motivate one another, celebrate milestones, and raise funds together. Every step, stretch, and stride helps Angels of Light provide holiday gifts, emergency support, essential items, and moments of joy to families in crisis.
