Join us for a 3hour open water swim clinic designed to help athletes confidently navigate the Ironman North Carolina 70.3 swim course. This clinic covers course strategy, sighting, pacing, safety, and raceday flowtimed with high tide for the most accurate course feel.

700 AM Open Water Swim Session Guided swim along all key sections of the course. Focus on sighting, drafting, stroke rhythm, and comfort in moving water.
