Lets celebrate spring in NEPA! Join us for the Wyoming Valley Striders 50th Annual Cherry Blossom 5-Mile Run and the 20th Annual Tim Thomas Memorial, as we mark our 50TH ANNIVERSARY AS A RUNNING CLUB IN 2025!
This exciting event will take place at Kirby Park, timed perfectly with the stunning cherry trees in full bloom. Be sure to check out the Cherry Blossom Festival happening in the park this weekend!
Tim Thomas, a local standout runner and Bloomsburg University alum, tragically passed away at age 31. THE START AND FINISH OF THE RUN WILL BE IN THE MEADOW AREA IN KIRBY PARK THEN FAST AND FLAT, OUT AND BACK OVER A MACADAM PAVEMENT ON THE DIKE.
NOTE

IF THE RACE IS CANCELLED DUE TO ANY DIRECTIVES BY THE HOSTED FACILITY, OR THE WVS, 2025 PRE-ENTRIES WILL BE DEFERRED TO NEXT YEAR. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
