IF THE RACE IS CANCELLED DUE TO ANY DIRECTIVES BY THE HOSTED FACILITY, OR THE WVS, 2026 PRE-ENTRIES WILL BE DEFERRED TO NEXT YEAR. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
