This exciting "spooky themed" race kicks off at the Palmer Lake Regional Recreation Area and takes participants down the picturesque Santa Fe Trail for 1.1 miles before looping back for a thrilling finish around Palmer Lake.
Not just for the adults, this event also features the Kids Monster Dash Fun Run, a free race for children 12 and under, covering a fun-filled lap of 0.8 miles around the lake. Costumes and spirited outfits are highly encouraged, adding to the festive atmosphere. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit, all while supporting a great cause—proceeds from the Creepy Crawl 5K benefit the YMCA, helping families and individuals in need. Organiser's Description
Our 16th annual "spooky themed" race starts at the Palmer Lake Regional Recreation Area. We head down the scenic Santa Fe Trail for 1.1 miles, then turn back and finish with a lap around Palmer Lake. This is sure to be a fun day for everyone! Our Kids Monster Dash Fun Run is free and for kids 12 and under. Its one fun lap around Palmer Lake (0.8 miles). Costumes and "Spirit" wear encouraged! _ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE CREEPY CRAWL 5K BENEFIT THE YMCA AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO A FAMILY OR INDIVIDUAL IN NEED. _
